Terms of Service

Banned activities

Following activities are prohibited:
  • Spam/Scam/Phishing and mass mailing
  • CyberAttacks: Denial of Service (DoS), cracking, MITM and other types of attacks
  • Distribution/Re-distribution of viruses and malware
  • Game Servers (including Minecraft servers)
  • Data and cryptocurrency mining (I/O usage)
  • Phishing sites
  • Adult content sites
  • Tor nodes of any kind
  • Any other content and activities which are illegal in Germany and the United States of America
In case of violating those rules, service will be terminated without any refund.

Backup Policy

KLab Networks LLC does weekly backups of client instances and keeps max 2 (two) copies. However, we strongly advice clients to implement own backup/restore proccesses.

KLab Networks LLC is not responsible for any data loss caused by VM restore procedures.

Payments and Refund policy

Payments

KLab Networks LLC accepts payments in following currencies: USD, EUR, CHF, DKK and GBP.

All payments should be made before or on the invoice due date.

KLab Networks LLC provides a 5 day grace period after the invoice is due. During this grace period, service will remaining in a running state.

If no payment is received after the grace period, the service will be suspended. Services will be deleted and on the 10th day after the invoice due date if no payment has been made.

Refunds

If a client is dissatisfied with any KLab Networks LLC service, they are entitled to a full refund within the first 72 hours of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund within this period client should contact us by email.

Please note that if services are terminated due to abuse or violation of Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued, even if the request is within the 72-hour window.

Refunds for resources (IPv4 / IPv6 / ASN) are not available as they are provisioned for for long-term use, typically for a year.
